The ISSØE webshop, with it’s headquarters in Borgerhout/Antwerp, BTW 0841 806 481, sells original furniture pieces, created in the second half of de 20th century, and home décor accessories.
These Terms & Conditions shall apply to all sales through ISSØE and will exclude application of any deviating general or specific conditions or terms of the buyer. No waiver or modification of these Conditions of Sale shall be binding upon ISSØE, unless approved in writing by an authorized representative of ISSØE.
ISSØE composes their website and product range with the utmost care. Yet it is possible that the provided information may contain errors or is not up to date. The colours of the pictures may differ slightly from the actual colours of the products. If you have any questions about the size, colour, availability or delivery options don’t hesitate to contact ISSØE.
Every product is shown excluding tax. Shipment, reservation or other costs can be found at the check out or can be requested via e-mail or a telephone call. The indicated prices refer to the product as described in the accompanying text. The photo’s are decorative and can contain ornamental elements that are not included in the price.
The shipping costs depend on the chosen products (furniture or home accessories) and the delivery address (domestic, province in Belgium, or international). Customers outside Belgium are asked to send an e-mail to arrange the delivery. ISSØE will notify them of the delivery costs before any payments are processed.
If the delivery address is outside the European union, please note that shipments are always bound with an incoming tax. Unfortunately, ISSØE is unable to disclose the exact amount of this tax, because these are different for each country. You can find out the tax amount with the customs office of your country.
Special offers are only valid during the period as stated on the website regarding this special offer.
Orders can be paid in the following ways:
– Cash at pick up.
– Payment via the Bankcontact at pick up.
– Payment in advance by bank transfer.
– Payment via Paypal, Stripe…
– Payment via Payconcic app.
All products can either be picked up personally from our ISSØE HQ in Borgerhout, or be delivered by regular mail (small items, deco & gifts), our personal delivery service (furniture) or a shipping company.
If you choose to pick up your purchases personally, you will be able to pick up your order during our opening hours. You will receive all necessary information via e-mail right after your order has been confirmed. Please make sure to set an appointment -within the week- on one of the two pickup days beforehand, either via a phone call, or wait until we contact you via e-mail. When choosing for home pickup, you can pay in advance –via the web shop or a bank transfer-, pay in cash or pay via the Bankcontact-app (for purchases under €250).
If you wish to have your order delivered in Belgium please select your home province and then ‘Home Delivery’. You will receive all necessary information via e-mail right after your order has been accepted. The shipping costs, delivery dates and delivery service may vary depending on different products. Furniture will be delivered by our personal delivery service, Home Accessories will be delivered by ‘bpost’.
If you don’t live in Belgium, please send and e-mail to hello@ISSØE.eu so we can arrange the delivery together. We will also notify you of the delivery costs, before any payments are processed.
ISSØE’s return policy period is 14 days.
ISSØE shall, if under the jurisdiction of our return policy, refund you what you have paid for the product and/or service as soon as possible, but latest within 30 days of the product being returned. You are obliged to pay for the return delivery of the product. My Ex Boyfriend will pay to send replacement products and/or services.
In your message to us you must clearly state that you regret your purchase. The return period is counted from the day you received the purchased the full, or a significant part of the product. If you have purchased a customized product -or a product with a significant personal customization, the return period is counted from the day ISSØE has informed you about the product.
When returning a product:
-You are obliged to keep the product in the same condition as when delivered. The item/items must be returned in an original condition in the original packaging.
-You must not have used the product, however you have the right to investigate the condition the product was in when delivered. If damage or harm is caused to a product while investigating the product does not qualify for the return policy.
We strongly recommend to check the goods upon the arrival. If the piece is not to your liking, our personal delivery service can take it back and you will be refunded for your order (excl. the shipping cost). If the products where delivered by another delivery company or ‘bpost’, please check the product when the delivering company employee is still present. If there is something wrong with the product, write that down together with the delivery company.
Personal data is treated confidentially by ISSØE.
The personal data is used to:
- Process the order, the payment and to deliver the products to the correct delivery address.
- Bring you updates over ISSØE, via newslettres. If you wish you can always unsubscribe. If this is the case please contact us by e-mail.
Information will not be passed to a third party.
